Returns and Exchanges 


We hope you love your GOD’S INSTRUMENT pieces but we understand not everything goes to plan, so email us at godsinstrumentservice@gmail.com

Please note, it is the full responsibility of the customer to fund the cost of exchange/return shipping and is not under any circumstance covered by GOD’S INSTRUMENT.

 

EXCHANGE ME

We are happy to issue exchanges for sizing, fit or change of mind as long as your exchange is lodged or initiated within 14 days of receiving your items. 

We accept on all items for exchange except sale items

The process you need to follow for an exchange: 

1. Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at godsinstrumentservice@gmail.com for your exchange.
2. Please include the following details in the email, to ensure a timely response:
              • Your original order number
              • With the item name you wish to refund/exchange
              • The reason for the exchange
              • The name/size of the item you would like to replace this with
              • Photos of wrong/damaged items
      3. After you’ve received the confirmation email, place the unworn with tags attached/undamaged items into the original/your own shipping packaging and make sure to include a printout of your order receipt for identification.
      4. Ship to the returns address provided. When shipped, we highly recommend requesting a tracking number so both you and GI can follow its journey back to us! 
      5. Await our confirmation! You will receive a confirmation email of your exchange within 48 hours of us receiving the parcel, along with an issued exchange.

         

        REFUND ME

        If you require a refund,  we are happy to issue and initiate this process as long as your return meets its eligibility terms and is lodged or initiated within 30 days of receiving your items we can accept eligible returns back for processing.

         

        Eligibility terms: 

        We are more than happy to offer a refund if the item is faulty/damaged

        Please note that we are not required to offer a refund for sizing, fit or change of mind according to the Australian Consumer Law. 

        However, we are more than happy to try to accommodate to your needs and will judge on a case by case basis . So, please feel free to reach out to us at godsinstrumentservice@gmail.com and let us know the reason why you would like to initiate a return. Please keep in mind that there are items that are 100% not eligible for refunds. That is: 

        • Items that do not have all of its tags and security ribbons attached 
        • Items have been worn & touched
        • Items must not have been damaged 
        • All sale items

              PLEASE NOTE

              Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend you get a tracking number when returning an item.
