SHIPPING RATES
Free shipping on orders over AUD $100.
Orders under $100 will be charged an additional fee of:
- $9.95 for STANDARD shipping
- $14.95 for EXPRESS shipping
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
On all Australian orders, we ask for 1-2 business days for orders to process. Please allow 5-8 business days for your shipment to reach its destination (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).
We kindly ask our customers to ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as GOD’S INSTRUMENT cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.
This includes making sure that:
- Your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information
- You use the correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable)
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
An automated email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey. GOD’S INSTRUMENT is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.
If you experience longer than expected shipping times, please reach out to the courier. We partner with Australian Post to give you the best shipping experience
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Due to the high value of our pieces, our parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with photo ID.
Our couriers are trusted services, and as such GOD’S INSTRUMENT will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

CANCELLATIONS
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you may cancel your order 60 minutes after your order has been placed. Please contact us at godsinstrumentservice@gmail.com
Please note that orders that have already been placed and/or have been dispatched will not be cancelled.
IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES
Please note GOD’S INSTRUMENT does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. GOD’S INSTRUMENT will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Under no circumstance will GOD’S INSTRUMENT accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges.
GOD’S INSTRUMENT is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
The cost of all shipping provided on the GOD’S INSTRUMENT site is not a reflection of customer return shipping costs from Australia. It is the full responsibility of the customer to fund the cost of return shipping and is not under any circumstance covered by GOD’S INSTRUMENT.
